Refund policy

  • All sales are final. If any mishaps on our end you can contact customer service to receive additional information on returns/exchanges.
  • You have a 10 day return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during sales. When items are discounted, they are final sale.

  • Any items purchased during a sale is final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order. Reshipment fee is $10 payable to CashApp $DashuriFascino or paypal Dashurifascino@gmail.com. Be sure to leave your order number in the “for” section and send us confirmation of it.

  •  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
